EMC 2 INC. WARRANTY

The equipment purchased hereby is *warranted to be free from defects in workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three years after the shipping of this product by EMC², Inc. EMC², Inc. sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace any defective product or parts thereof, which are returned to seller's factory, transportation charges prepaid within the period mentioned above, and which upon examination, are proved to seller's satisfaction to be defective. The warranty shall not apply to any product or part, which has been subject to misuse, negligence, or accident. The seller shall not be responsible for any special or consequential damages and the warranty as set forth is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.

Certain components purchased by EMC2 and incorporated into the EMC2 system/equipment may be subject to the *manufacturers warranty only. This warranty varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, warranty dates start from the date of purchase on parts. The warranty on selected brands is out of EMC2’s control, however these brands are of only the finest quality and reliability. Information on manufacturer warranties may be obtained by request.

On all international orders, EMC² reserves the right to replace/repair EMC² brand parts (including shipping) that fail under warranty before sending a service technician. Customer will be responsible for installing parts on the system. Consideration will be given to the application involved, which will then determine the right to hire a 3rd party for warranty purposes.
