M-3900 Series Rotary Pumps

The 3900 series pumps are designed around a time tested, 1.5” diameter Gerotor gear group and have been optimized to pump adhesives with viscosity ranges from 1000 cps to 1,000,000 cps. Output ranges for the 3900 series range from .05 CI/Rev (.9 CC) to .21 CI/Rev (3.5 CC) and are approved to run up to 40 RPM. The pump features hardened tool steel components and a “wet” seal design which works particularly well with Urethane products. The standard SAE ports, 1/2” diameter shafts and flange mount design make this the ideal pump for new adhesive applications or retrofitting old ones.

M-6500 Series Rotary Pumps

The
6500 series pumps are designed around a time tested, 3” diameter
Gerotor gear group and have been optimized to pump adhesives
with viscosity ranges from 1000 cps to 2,500,000 cps. Output
ranges for the 6500 series range from .64 CI/Rev (10CC) to 2.55
CI/Rev (42CC) and are approved to run up to 40 RPM. The pump
features hardened tool steel components and a “wet” seal design
which works well with the Urethane products. The standard SAE
ports, 1” diameter shafts and flange mount design make this the
ideal pump for new adhesive applications or retrofitting old
ones.

"O" Series Gerotor Pumps

The
O series pumps are designed around a time tested, 4-5/8”
diameter Gerotor group and have been optimized to pump adhesives
with viscosity ranges from 1000 cps to 100,000 cps. Output for
the O series is 7.4 CI/Rev (121 CC) and can run up to 20 RPM.
The pump features cast iron components and a “wet” seal design
which works well with the Urethane products. The standard NPT
ports, 1-1/4” diameter shafts and flange mount design make this
the ideal pump for new adhesive applications or retrofitting old
ones.
