Their simple 4-post design with box construction weldments, has given them a reputation as reliable, consistent manufacturing tools requiring little maintenance. These presses can be supplied as stand alone systems, with self contained hydraulics and controls, or made to operate from a central hydraulic system. Tonnage ranges from 50 Ton to 200 Ton and are available with varying platen sizes as required. Standard control systems include both Allen Bradley and Modicon PLC controllers; other options available upon request. |

molding and clamping applications. Their simple 4-post design
with box construction weldments, has given them a reputation as
reliable, consistent manufacturing tools requiring little
maintenance. Hydraulic Cylinders are mounted conveniently in the
base of the press for an up-acting platen design. These presses
can be supplied as stand alone systems, with self contained
hydraulics and controls, or made to operate from a central
hydraulic system. Tonnage ranges from 1 ton to 50 ton are
available with varying platen sizes as required. Standard
control systems include both Allen Bradley and Modicon PLC
controllers; other options available upon request. |

Their simple 4-post design with box construction weldments, has
given them a reputation as reliable, consistent manufacturing
tools requiring little maintenance. The 4 posts are mounted to
the moving platen to allow access to 3 sides of the press for
ease of loading and unloading. These presses can be used as an
up-acting or down-acting platen design. These presses can be
supplied as stand-alone systems, with self contained hydraulics
and controls, or made to operate from a central hydraulic
system. Tonnage ranges from 1 Ton to 20 ton are available with
varying platen sizes as required. Standard control systems
include both Allen Bradley and Modicon PLC controllers; other
options available upon request. |

lab environment to test flow characteristic of SMC or BMC
molding compounds. Their simple 4-post design with box
construction weldments, has given them a reputation as reliable,
consistent manufacturing tools requiring little maintenance.
Hydraulic Cylinder is mounted conveniently on the crown of the
press for a down-acting platen design with servo controlled
cylinder mounted underneath to squeeze the material into the
mold at a controlled rate. These presses can be supplied as
stand alone systems, with self contained hydraulics and
controls, or made to operate from a central hydraulic system.
