Robotic Dispense Work Cells

EMC² has built an extensive variety of robotic dispensing
systems using every major robot manufacturer in the country with
a number of different nesting systems to hold parts and cure
them. Parts can be nested directly in the work cell, shuttled in
and out, or mounted on a turntable to keep the cycle time down.
Work cells can be mounted on a single base with all the
guarding, controls and adhesive components, or floor mounted as
individual components. All work cells and dispensing systems
meet the industry safety standards along with our own exacting
quality standards.

XYZ Dispensing systems can sometimes bridge the gap between manual dispensing and robotic dispensing. If the part configuration allows, these standard XYZ packages can be an economical way to bring consistency to your adhesive applications and minimize operator dependency. Using standard actuators and a variety of control systems we can accommodate most any size part.
