Automating the complete assembly process is another EMC˛
specialty. At EMC˛ we have the ability to design and build a
system that will automatically handle your parts, apply
adhesive, assemble and cure the bonded assembly. From
applications as small as quart paints cans, to a large truck
front end assembly. Cycle times are totally dependent upon the
part size and adhesive choice, but we have built systems that
can assemble 2 parts per second.
