Adhesive Curing Systems
Hot Air Bonders
![]() |
Used to simulate the exact parameters found in Hot Air bond fixtures/bonders, this lab unit provides more accuracy and repeatability than manual pressing and oven curing. Fully automatic controls allow the operator to select platen temperature, force, and cure time then load the coupon or plaque into the fixture using adjustable support bars. This unit can be supplied using plant air or a fully enclosed blower package. Holding the start buttons until the platen closes actuates the timer, the press opens automatically when the specified cure time has been reached. Standard control systems include both Allen Bradley and Modicon PLC controllers; other options available upon request. |
Hot Air Bonders/Production

Hot
air bonders are used as a clean and accurate way of applying
heat to a bond surface without heating the entire part. Fully
automatic controls allow the operator to select platen
temperature, force, and cure times. The system is supplied with
a sound deadening enclosure blower package. These bonders can be
set up as a stand alone system or fully integrated with robotic
or shuttle load/unloaders. Standard control systems include both
Allen Bradley and Modicon PLC controllers; other options
available upon request. |
Electric Heat Bonders/Lab

Used
to simulate the exact parameters found in Cartridge Heat bond
fixtures/bonders, this lab unit provides more accuracy and
repeatability than manual pressing and oven curing. Fully
automatic controls allow the operator to select platen
temperature, force, and cure time then load the coupon or plaque
into the fixture using adjustable support bars. Holding the
start buttons until the platen closes actuates the timer, the
press opens automatically when the specified cure time has been
reached. Standard control systems include both Allen Bradley and
Modicon PLC controllers; other options available upon request. |
Electric Heat Bonders/Production

Electrical Heat bonders are a common way to heat a bond surface
on a part while it is clamped until adhesives are cured. Fully
automatic controls allow the operator to select platen
temperature, force, and cure times. These bonders can be set up
as a stand alone system or fully integrated with robotic or
shuttle load/unloaders. Standard control systems include both
Allen Bradley and Modicon PLC controllers; other options
available upon request. |
UV Curing Systems
![]() |
These systems are custom designed to be integrated into a
controlled system and/or material handling turnkey system.
Depending on the placement of the UV material, multiple light
configurations can be implemented. Flood or focused beam lamps
are used for larger areas to be cured, while a liquid crystal
light guides are used to focus on a spot. Standard control
systems include both Allen Bradley and Modicon PLC controllers;
other options available upon request. |
Infrared Ovens

These ovens are custom designed to be integrated into a
controlled system and/or material handling turnkey system.
Normally used when heating a whole part or substrate. Standard
control systems include both Allen Bradley and Modicon PLC
controllers; other options available upon request. |
M-1275 Coupon Press
![]() |
Used to simulate the exact parameters found in heated bond
fixtures, the Model 1275 provides more accuracy and
repeatability than manual pressing and oven curing. Fully
automatic controls allow the operator to select platen
temperature, force, and cure time then load the coupon or plaque
into the fixture using adjustable support bars. Holding the
start button until the platen closes actuates the timer, the
press opens automatically when the specified cure time has been
reached. This system is a bench top style unit with 120 volt
plug in; other options available upon request. |
