Autopurge Stands

The Autopurge stand allows the operator to holster the dispense gun in between parts and purges material at preset intervals to insure that the adhesive doesn’t harden in the mixer. The timers are fully adjustable so the stand will work with any adhesive open time and can be used with any of our standard dispensing equipment.

Shot Timer

The Shot Timer is designed for allowing the operator to dispense a preset amount of adhesive based on time. Adjusting the time and flow rate of your dispense system guarantees a consistent “shot” size or adhesive weight, this preset feature is used on each part and takes the operator out of the equation. The shot timers will work with any adhesive open time and can be used with any of our standard dispensing equipment.
